About Me
I am a San Francisco based General Manager and People Operations executive with a track record of building and scaling high performing teams. I built a 75 person creative agency from the ground up—culminating in a successful acquisition by Salesforce in 2017.
My work sits at the intersection of people and strategy. I specialize in designing human centered operational systems that leverage AI and tools that help individuals and teams become more successful. I partner closely with leaders and founders to build and activate the organizational capacity needed to create lasting impact while maintaining and enhancing the culture.
Over the course of my career, I've partnered with hundreds of organizations across industries, from global enterprises like Chipotle Mexican Grill, HP, Johnson & Johnson, IBM and The Gap, to mission driven organizations like Chez Panisse Foundation, Catapult Design and Center for American Progress, to innovative growth-stage companies like Roku and Fyto.
